9mm will do fine …
9mm will do fine against hogs – with a proper load 9mm are one of the best calibers for self defense.
These packs are nice, but definitely not made to travel much ground in . I see a lot of people turning these in to bug outs, but you should consider something with a hip belt, a good one. You’ll find after just a few miles your shoulders WILL get fatigued. Also, roll the poncho, and tarp up in the sleeping bag and strap the pad to the top in that buckle. That will free up a lot of room.

Knife people. You …
Knife people. You know who you are. My website on my channel has pics of knives if you enjoy looking at pics of knives. It doesn’t cost a thing and it only takes a few minutes and it won’t give you an STD. Stop on by and give it a try. And while you’re there try the cheese fries or maybe a corn dog. Don’t worry, it isn’t some scheme to steal your identity or to hijack your Youtube account. Just pictures of knives for your viewing pleasure. Peace.

I guess it would …
I guess it would depend on what type of bullet you’re firing into it and how many you fire into it. A headshot will put one down (some people use .22 cal headshot to kill a hog before they butcher it.)

When you carry your Beretta, do you have a way to keep it from interfering with your waistband on the pack? My handgun always seems to be in the way there….I’m going to try the 511 vest next time with the hidden handgun compartment near the chest. Just curious…

@survivalistboards …
@survivalistboards check out the Husky 2D for a bright light, it is extremely bright, brighter than most cheap 20$ lights, the run time isnt great I take it for walks at night and I may get a few hours out of it before it starts to dim but on an overnight trip where the head lamp will be your main it is a great main source for strong light.
